Abstract

ABSTRAK Di daIam peneIitian ini memiIiki tujuan yaitu menganaIisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, komunikasi, dan stress kerja karyawannpada perusahaan PT. PaninBank cabang Surabaya Jln. Raya Ngagel Ruko Graha Asri no 179 – 183. Didalam data penelitian ini berasal dari hasil kuesioner, observasi, serta studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian tersebut. Dalam teknis analisisnya mengunakan regresi Iinear berganda dengan ujikhipotesis uji T.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 40 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobability sampling dengan prosedur sampling jenuh. Didalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabeI disipIin kerja, komunikasi dan stress kerja berpengruh terhdap kinerjakkaryawan PT. PaninBank cabang Surabaya Jln. Raya Ngagel Ruko Graha Asri no 179 – 183. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT In this study, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, communication, and work stress on employees at PT. PaninBank Surabaya branch Jln. Raya Ngagel Ruko Graha Asri no. 179 – 183. In this research data comes from the results of questionnaires, observations, and literature studies related to the research. In technical analysis, it uses multiple linear regression with the hypothesis test T test. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling procedure. In this study, it is shown that the variables of work discipline, communication and work stress have an effect on the performance of employees of PT. PaninBank Surabaya branch Jln. Raya Ngagel Ruko Graha Asri no 179 – 183. Keywords: Work Discipline, Communication, Job Stress and Employee Performance
