Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi ekstrak bajakah tampala (Sphatolobus littoralis Hassk) terhadap jumlah total protein, fibrinogen dan platelet. Sampel penelitian menggunakan 20 ekor mencit dengan berat badan 30 gram dengan usia 8 minggu.Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan RAL Rancangan Acak Lengkap ) dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan 4 ulangan. Kemudian dilakukan Adaptasi mencit selama 7 hari dengan pemberian makan dan air. Perlakuan yang diberikan pada mencit masing- masing bagi menjadi 5 perlakuan yaitu P0 hanya diberikan makan dan minum, P1 Tanpa Ekstrak Bajakah Tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk), P2 10% Ekstrak Bajakah Tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk), P3 30% Ekstrak Bajakah Tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk), P4 50% Ekstrak Bajakah Tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk). setelah pemberian ekstrak bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk) selama 21 hari dan tiga hari setelah diinfeksi Escherichia coli. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengembilan darah pada vena lateralis ekor mencit kemudian dilakukan pengamatan diujikan yaitu jumlah total protein darah, platelet, dan fibrinogen. Kemudian hasil dianalisis menggunakan metode ANOVA hasil menunjukkan untuk TOTAL PROTEIN didapatkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar Sig. 0,135 (P>0,05) sehingga di simpulkan bahawa perlakuan ini tidak signifikan dan tidak berbeda nyata. untuk fibrinogen didapatkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar Sig. 0,028 (P<0,05) sehingga di simpulkan bahawa perlakuan ini signifikan dan berbeda nyata, platelet didapatkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar Sig. 0,795 (P>0,05) di simpulkan bahawa perlakuan ini tidak signifikan. Kata kunci : Ekstrak Bajakah Tampala (Spatholobus Littoralis Hassk), Total Protein, Fibrinogen, Platelet, Escherichia Coli. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the potency of the extract of bajakah tampala (Sphatolobus littoralis Hassk) on the total amount of protein, fibrinogen and platelets. A total of 20 male mice (Mus musculus) weighing 30 grams and 8 weeks old, where there were 5 treatment groups and 4 replications. Then the mice were adapted for 7 days by feeding and water. Each treatment given to mice was divided into 5 treatments, namely P0 only given food and drink, P1 Without Bajakah Tampala Extract (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk), P2 10% Bajakah Tampala Extract (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk), P3 30% Bajakah Tampala Extract ( Spatholobus littoralis Hassk), P4 50% Bajakah Tampala Extract (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk). after giving the extract of bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk) for 21 days and three days after being infected with Escherichia coli. Furthermore, blood was drawn from the lateral vein of the tail of mice and then observed and tested, namely the total amount of blood protein, platelets, and fibrinogen. Then the results were analyzed using the ANOVA method. The results showed that for TOTAL PROTEIN the significance value was Sig. 0.135 (P> 0.05) so it was concluded that this treatment was not significant and not significantly different. For fibrinogen, the significance value was found to be Sig. 0.028 (P<0.05) so that it was concluded that this treatment was significant and significantly different, platelets had a significance value of Sig. 0.795 (P> 0.05) so it was concluded that this treatment was not significant.
