Abstract

Okarini, Yuyun Meiantari. 2022. Relationship of Blood Pressure and Creatinine Levels in Pregnant Women With Preeclampsia.Thesis, Doctor Education Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya. Supervisor: Meivy Isnovia, dr., SH., MH. Preeclampsia is a major factor that causes death and illness of mothers and children in almost all corners of the world. The aim is to clarify the relationship between blood pressure and creatinine levels of pregnant women with preeclampsia. The research layout used is a descriptive literature search technique. The archive collection procedure was carried out by sorting and selecting all international and national journals obtained from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Direct technology based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the evaluation results of the magazine for the 2016-2021 period, it was concluded that pregnant women with severe preeclampsia/eclampsia occur mainly at 20-35 weeks of gestation, when most patients have not had ANC visits more than 4 times at several stages of pregnancy, resulting in hypertension during pregnancy. become frequently detected. Despite the fact that the onset of vasoreactive preeclampsia begins in the 20th week of gestation, the second trimester of preeclampsia has vasoconstriction, which reduces blood flow to the kidneys, causing a reduced glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and reduced costs of creatinine and urea excretion. Decreased HDL levels (160 mg/dl) were associated with increased levels of urea and creatinine in pregnant women with PEB. Keywords: Blood Pressure, Creatinine Levels, Pregnant Women, Preeclampsia
