Abstract

Abstrak Kemiskinan merupakan gambaran dari kondisi masyarakat yang tidak mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar sesuai standar yang berlaku. Beberapa cara yang dterapkan pemerintah untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan, salah satu nya adalah dengan pengembangan pembangunan infrastruktur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembangunan infrastruktur (listrik, jalan dan kantor pos) memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi papua tahun 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel yaitu penggabungan antara data cross section dan data time series. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kabupaten kota di provinsi papua dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 10 kabupaten/kota provinsi papua dan waktu penelitian dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa infrastruktur listrik dan jalan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sedangkan kantor pos tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi papua. Kata kunci : kemiskinan, pembangunan infrastruktur listrik, jalan dan kantor pos. Abstract Poverty is a description of the condition of the people who are unable to meet basic needs according to the prevailing standards. Some of the ways that the government implements poverty alleviation, one of them is the development of infrastructure development. The purpose of this research is to know whether infrastructure development (electricity, road and post office) has an influence on poverty level in Papua province in 2012-2016. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data that is merging between cross section data and time series data. The population in this study all urban districts in Papua province and the samples used in this study covering 10 districts / municipalities of Papua and the time of study from 2012 until 2016. The results of this study showed that the electrical and road infrastructure has a significant influence while the post office no significant effect on the level of poverty in the province of Papua.
