Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuberculosis masuk ke dalam penyakit menular yang merupakan peradangan kronis disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosi dapat menginfeksi parenkim paru dan organ lainnya . Pengobatan tuberkulosis membutuhkan waktu yang cukup panjang. Dalam proses pengobatan terdapat juga efek samping salah satunya dapat menyebabkan penurunan kadar hemoglobin. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan anemia sehingga dapat memperburuk prognosis pasien tuberculosis. Berasal ulasan diatas peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian guna mengetahui perbedaan kadar hemoglobin pada penderita tuberculosis paru di RSUD Husada Prima Surabaya pada tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasi analitik, dimana peneliti menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis (RM) pasien. Populasi adalah seluruh penderita tuberkulosis paru di RSUD Husada Prima Surabaya pada tahun 2020 sejumlah 455 pasien. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yaitu sebanyak 71 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan table silang dengan uji komparasi yaitu uji chi square untuk mengetahui masing masing variable. Hasil penelitian pada pengbatan fase awal (<2 bulan) Sebagian besar penderita tuberkulosis memiliki kadar hemoglobin rendah yaitu 41 orang (87.2%) dan fase lanjut (> 2 bulan) Sebagian besar kadar hemoglobin normal yaitu 14 orang (58.3%) . Dari hasil analisis diketahui fakta bahwa terdapat Perbedaan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru di RSUD Husada Prima Surabaya pada tahun 2020 yang dilihat berdasarkan lama pengobatan OAT . Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai uji komparasi chi square dengan p-value sebesar 0.001 (< 0.05) Kata Kunci : Kadar Hemoglobin, Lama Pengobatan OAT , Tuberkulosis ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is a communicable disease which is a chronic inflammation caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which can infect the lung parenchyma and other organs. Tuberculosis treatment needs a quite long time. In the treatment process, there is also side effect one which causing decrease of haemoglobin. It can cause anemia until aggravating prognosis of tuberculosis patients. Therefore the researcher was interested to conduct a research in order to find out the difference of haemoglobin level in lung tuberculosis patients at Public Regional Hospital of Husada Prima Surabaya in 2020. The type of this research was analytical observation where the researcher used secondary data in Patient’s Medical Record (MR). The population were all lung tuberculosis patients at Public Regional Hospital of Husada Prima Surabaya in 2020 in the amount of 455 patients. The research samples were all population who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria namely 71 people. Data analysis in this research employed cross table with comparison test namely chi square to find out each variable. The results of the researsch were tuberculosis patients with intensive phase of treatment (<2 months) most of the low hemoglobin levels were 41 people (87.2%) and continuation phase (> 2 months) most of the normal hemoglobin levels were 14 people (58.3%). The data from analysis results showed the fact that there was difference of hemoglobin level in lung tuberculosis patients at Public Regional Hospital of Husada Prima Surabaya in 2020 which was seen based on the duration of OAT treatment. It was proven by the value of chi square comparison test with p-value in the amount of 0.001 (<0.05). Keywords: Hemoglobin Level, Duration of OAT Treatment, Tuberculosis
