Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan menyelidiki pengaruh penerapan dari TQM dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan atas Perusahaan Trust Group Surabaya melalui motivasi variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan data primer dengan pengambilan data secara langsung kepada responden. Perolehan data melewati alat bantu daftar pernyataan yang akan ditujukan untuk karyawan perusahaan Trust Group Surabaya dengan total sampel 48 dari 54 karyawan berdasarkan informasi dari pihak perusahaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif melalui model Path Analysis (analisis jalur) adalah pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian dibantu menggunakan alat aplikasi SPSS 20. Dalam penelitian ini memberi hasil yaitu TQM tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun SPK (sistem pengukuran kinerja) dan motivasi ternyata memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu TQM melalui motivasi selaku variabel intervening tidak memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun sistem pengukuran kinerja melalu motivasi sebagai variabel intervening memberi pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This research has the aim of investigating the effect of the implementation of the performance measurement system and total quality management on the employee performance of the Trust Group Surabaya company through the motivation of the intervening variable. In the research conducted using primary data by taking data directly to the respondents. Obtaining data through a statement list tool that will be intended for employees of the Trust Group Surabaya company with a total sample of 48 out of 54 employees based on information from the company. The quantitative approach through the Path Analysis model is the approach used in the research assisted by the SPSS 20 application tool. In this research, the results showed that total quality management had no significant effect on employee performance, but the performance measurement system and motivation turned out to have a significant effect. on employee performance. In addition, total quality management through motivation as an intervening variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance, but the performance measurement system through motivation as an intervening variable has a significant effect on employee performance.
