Abstract

ABSTRAK Peneliti akan melakukan PENERAPAN AUDIT OPERASIONAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN PRODUKTIVITAS FUNGSI PRODUKSI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Santoso Jawi Abadi yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dengan hasil produk berupa karton box. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desriptif explanatory dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Kualitas produk pada saat produksi sangat perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar tidak terjadi kecacatan pada produk. Keterkaitan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional pada fungsi produksi saling berkesinambungan antara satu dengan yang lain, sama halnya dengan proses pengerjaan suatu job order yang dikerjakan oleh divisi produksi dan melalui proses seleksi oleh divisi QC. Apabila terjadi masalah pada proses produksi yang dimana hasil jadi dari produk mengalami kerusakan atau kecacatan tentunya mempengaruhi efisiensi dan produktivitas pada fungsi produksi. Pentingnya menjaga kualitas produk yang baik yang dihasilkan perusahaan sangat berpengaruh agar tidak terjadi adanya retur. Dari hasil Audit Operasional pada fungsi produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas pada PT. Santoso Jawi Abadi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat permasalahan yang mendasar terhadap kegiatan perencanaan dan pengendalian fungsi produksi yang mengakibatkan rendahnya tingkat efisiensi dan produktivitas fungsi produksi. Kata Kunci : Audit Operasional, Efisiensi, Fungsi Produksi ABSTRACT Researchers will conduct OPERATIONAL AUDITS APPLICATION TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THE PRODUCTION FUNCTION. This research was conducted at PT. Santoso Jawi Abadi which is a manufacturing company that produces carton box. This study uses a descriptive explanatory method with a case study approach. The quality of the product at the time of production really needs to be considered by the company so that it does not happen to the product. The interrelationships in the implementation of operations in the production function are mutual, as is the process of working on a job order carried out by the production division and through a selection process by the QC division. If there is a problem in the production process where the finished product is damaged or is expected to affect the efficiency and productivity of the production function. The importance of maintaining the quality of the products produced by the company is very influential so that there is no return. From the results of the Operational Audit on the production function to improve efficiency and productivity at PT. Santoso Jawi Abadi concludes that there are fundamental problems in production planning and control activities that result in low levels of efficiency and productivity of the production function.
